After four years with ski industry leaders Volkl and Tecnica doing race sales and support he joined the staff of the US Womens Ski Team. Over five years with the US Ski Team he was a member of both World Championship and Olympics teams and helped many athletes reach and even surpass their athletic dreams. Mark has been an electrician for 30 years. For most of that time he was a foreman for many different jobs, from 40 stories in the air to 300 feet in a deep tunnel under the Chicago River. He has been in charge of some big jobs, with as many of 20 men and women working for him. He takes a positive attitude to the job, and tries to laugh a lot. With that approach he’s find that the workers are a little less stressed and more work gets done. During that time he used downturns in the construction industry to develop his sales skills, including selling lighting supplies and health care insurance.

Doug Kendall is the President of LTS LeaderBoard of Los Angeles, established in 2002 as part of Globalleaderboard, the largest international golf company dedicated to corporate and charity golf tournaments.
